Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you (the business buying our services, and the person accepting on its behalf) and TWISTED JESTER INC, doing business as Rank Posse ("Rank Posse", "we", "us"). By buying a service or using this site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
What we provide
- SEO + GEO audit. This is a one-time purchase, currently $297 (the price shown at checkout applies). We review your Google Business Profile and local listings, your website's on-page SEO and technical health, and how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe and recommend your business. You get a written, plain-English report with prioritized fixes. It's delivered digitally to the email address you give us, within 3 business days of payment and receiving the details we need.
- Optional monthly upkeep. This is ongoing SEO/GEO maintenance, such as content and FAQ updates, listing hygiene and a monthly report. We agree the scope and monthly price with you in writing before it starts. It's billed monthly and continues until you cancel.
- Free audits. If we give you a free audit, these terms apply to it too, except the sections on payment and refunds.
No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions
Google, Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other platforms are run by third parties who change how they work without notice. We don't control them. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic, leads, sales, reviews, or mention or recommendation by any AI assistant. Our findings reflect what we observe when we do the work, and results can change afterwards.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and tell us if something changes.
- Only ask us to review businesses, websites and accounts you own or are authorized to act for.
- If you give us access to a website or account, keep your own backups and let us know of any limits on what we may change.
- Decide which recommendations to put in place. You remain responsible for your website, listings, content and offers.
- Make sure your marketing follows the laws and professional rules for your industry, for example advertising rules for dental or medical services. We are not your legal or compliance adviser.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. The audit is paid in full upfront. Upkeep is charged each month in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own terms, and we never store your card details. You're responsible for any taxes that apply. If a recurring payment fails, we may pause upkeep until it's resolved. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your report and our materials
Once you've paid, you may use your audit report for your own business: share it with your staff, web developer or other contractors, and act on it. Please don't resell it, publish it as your own product, or use it to provide audits to others. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, checklists and tools. You keep ownership of your business name, content, logos and data. You let us use them only to provide the service. We keep your non-public business information confidential, except as needed to provide the service or as the law requires.
Disclaimers
Our services and this site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our reports are marketing and technical recommendations, not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Links to third-party sites and tools are for convenience. We aren't responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rank Posse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing anything, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't apply to an audit you've already paid for. For upkeep, they apply from your next billing period after we notify you. You can cancel if you don't agree.
